  • THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE (DELHI-AGRA-JAIPUR)

    The Golden Triangle is the most popular tourist route in India, and for very good reason. Delhi, Jaipur and Agra are three cities that capture your imagination and take you into the fascinating, decadent and passionate world of the Mughals and maharajas.

    The Golden Triangle can be visited any time, but the best time to visit the circuit is during the winter season to avoid the lash of heat and dehydration. Also from October to February it becomes comfortable for sightseeing and participating in various outdoor activities.

      DISTANCE

    This circuit tour covers a distance of about 1,000 km. Delhi to Agra via Yamuna  Expressway is  165 km which can be covered in 2-3 hours. You should spend good five to six days for your trip.

  • NEEMRANA

    Neemrana town is located in Alwar in Rajasthan on Delhi-Jaipur  Highway. It  is famous for its magnificent Neemrana Fort Palace.

BEST TIME TO VISIT

July to March is the most preferable time to visit Neemrana. Winters is the ideal time to visit most parts of Rajasthan as the weather is very soothing during this time. However, since Neemrana is quite green, the weather is pleasant throughout the year.

Distance between New Delhi to Neemrana is 122 km approx. which can be covered in approx. 3 hours.

  • RISHIKESH

    Located in the foothills of the Himalayas in northern India, it is known as the ‘Gateway to the Garhwal Himalayas’. Rishikesh is a holy town with so many Ashrams and it is famous for the yoga world wide. Rishikesh is now world famous as a Yoga Capital of the world.     May June is quite hot at Rishikesh temperature touching + 35 °C. The best time to visit Rishikesh for River Rafting is from late September – October to mid November, and then the best time to visit Rishikesh is from early March – April to first week of May.

    The driving distance between New Delhi and Rishikesh is 230 km. It totally depends on speed of car and traffic otherwise it will take approx. five hours to reach the destination.

  • LANSDOWNE – A QUITE HILL STATION

    Lansdowne or Lansdown is a town and a hill station situated on the Kothdwar – Pauri road at a height of 1,706 m in Uttarakhand, India and surrounded by thick oak and blue pine forests.

    BEST TIME TO VISIT

    The weather is brilliant throughout the year. It can get extremely cold in the winters with the temperatures dropping to 0 degree Celsius. The summers are pleasant with maximum temperature around 25 degree Celsius. The area becomes even prettier during the monsoons (July-September).

    DISTANCE

    Lansdowne is  about 250 km from Delhi. The drive through Blue Pine trees on hills near Lansdowne is a wonderful experience.Since Lansdowne is more than 1,300 m higher than Kotdwara, the drive from Kotdwara to Lansdowne is quite steep and scenic. The other and better route to reach Lansdowne is from Delhi via Meerut, Bijnore, Najibabad, Kotdwar and on to Lansdowne. It saves about 50 km and the road quality is also good all the way to Kotdwar.

  • MCLEODGANJ

    McLeodGanj has an average elevation of 2,082 metres (6,831 feet). It is situated on the Dhauladhar Range. The major towns near McLeod Ganj include Dharamshala, Palampur, Kangra, Sidhbari, Tatwani and Machhrial. The route to Triund is a popular trek starting from McLeod Ganj. Related image

    Mcleodganj experiences extremely pleasant summers with the temperatures around 25 degrees. The best time to visit Mcleodganj is during the months of September to June. It is best to avoid July and August due to the heavy rainfall Mcleodganj recieves.

    DISTANCE

    The road distance between New Delhi to McleodGanj is 488 km. Driving to destination takes around 9 hours. You will really enjoy the scenic beauties that come across the way to Mcleodganj.

  • MUSSOORIE

    A hill station which is known as the queen of hills is perched on a mountain valley at an elevation of 6,170 feet.     It is located 290 km away from Delhi. Driving to Dehradun takes around 6 hours, and another 1.5 hours from there to the hill top on Mussoorie.

  • MANALI

    The summers in Manali are from March to June and are extremely pleasant with the temperatures ranging from 10 to 25 degrees. December to January is the ideal time to enjoy the snowfall and the spectacular beauty of this place.  The winters are chilly with minimum temperature falling to sub-zero levels. However, if you are planning to visit Rohtang Pass, you should not plan your trip from January to April as the roads to the pass are closed.

    DISTANCE

The driving distance between New Delhi and Manali is 548 km. So it takes almost          takes 12 hours to reach Manali.The first major stop one has to make on the way is Chandigarh. The most preferred way is to go to Bhuntar first and then go to Manali from there, as the road is safe and the view all around is out of this world. Finally after two to three days of driving, covering a distance of almost 600 km, you reach Manali. With the river Beas flowing beside you for most of the journey mountains and greenery all around you, the trip is totally worth taking.

  • MUKHTESHWAR
